Mondays I don't work! I know, it's a great day for me-time, and the perfect amount
of recoup for hectic weekends. Mondays allow me to get doctors' appointments out of the way, get some much-needed exercise, and of course, the necessary time to catch up on all of my favorite reality TV that I miss during the hustle and bustle of the remaining work week.
Today, after running laps around the city, I came home to my new cable box that had so thoughtfully recorded the episodes of the "Rachel Zoe Project" on Bravo that I had missed out on. I wasn't too excited about this new Bravo TV series, scared it would make me so envious of her career that I couldn't stand to watch and fearful she would be exactly as annoying as bad press has made her out to be. Boy, was I wrong.
Not only is she amazingly talented
, but she appears to be an awesome figure that not only has celebrities groveling at her manicured feet, but has me inspired to keep my fashionista dreams alive! I love!
The Rachel Zoe Project shows just how hectic the life of a stylist can be, and, in a recent episode, the mondo amounts of responsibility that come with the job.
What she should really be known for:
Click here to check out a slideshow in honor of Rachel Zoe's
book, Style A to Zoe: The Art of Fashion, Beauty and Everything Glamour. This fabulous slideshow (click here!) gives you an idea of how Rachel cleverly dresses different celebrity bodies and her thought process behind doing so. You'll be surprised to see that some of your favorite "Best Dressed" red carpet looks have Zoe to thank for their making. It's hard to find a complete "look-book" of her different projects, and I think this does a great job of showing off her talents.
Catch Rachel and her fashionably-clad cohort up to their wild antics every Tuesday, 10pm, on Bravo!
