Since I first heard of her, I've been a fan of MIA, in that way like I'm completely jealous and wish I could have her look & swagger.  Lucky for anyone else who covets her look, MIA recently launched her website store, selling items such as leggings, tanks, and tees at designer prices starting at $65 for the cheapest tank.  The designs are inspiring, but kinda over-pricey in my opinion - $75 for leggings is ridic!  What do you guys think?

Maybe later she will launch a gold line with huge earrings and shiny jackets (ooh - or makeup!) that might actually be worth investing in.  For now though, the African printed hoodies and leggings may be hot when she wears them, but I doubt most gals could rock it as well, not to mention the hefty pricetag.  I mean, the sweatshirts look like something I could dig out of a Goodwill dollar bin.  Just saying.

I would also have had a lot more interest in this store, say, back in May when I was stocking up for my bold summer wardrobe.  The items don't really seem to mesh with the darker styles for fall, although I suppose the pieces might be suitable for other countries in the throes of other temperatures.
