It's a Tie

The scarf trend has finally hit the US and while it's been in Europe for years it's time we learn how to tie them! It can be intimidating to break away from the easy wrap-around-the-neck traditional tie of our childhood winter scarf. But it's worth it.

Since a picture is worth a thousand words, here are the pictures and site you'll need to get started. So take out that new scarf, stand in front of your mirror and try these out. You'll be teaching your friends before long - trust me.

Texere Silk explains how to tie your basic small silk scarf, although some of the examples can be used for your thicker pashmina-style scarf.
