Some of my favorite sites out there for online shopping on a budget are Forever 21, Fred Flare, GoJane, Plastic Land, Sephora, and Urban Outfitters. Read more to find out why.
Probably the best known place to get great deals on this list is Forever 21. The mall chain is known for selling cute clothing of all styles at a great price. While shopping in store gives you a chance to get a feel for their sizes (which can run a bit off), you have access to a much larger variety of items when shopping online. Make sure to check out the Daily Specials section where each day 21 random items are placed on sale for 20% off.
If you're looking for unique and kitschy items, look no farther than Fred Flare. Full of random and unique items, I find that Fred Flare is best when shopping for accessories and random items. Where else could you find Bacon Band Aids, a Banana Cell Phone Holder or Smiley PB & J Earrings? They also have seasonal gift idea lists for all kinds of holidays and events. The Valentine's Day List is full of all things sweet.
If you're looking for of-the-minute trends at very hard to beat prices, then you'll love GoJane. With prices on tops starting at just over $5 and more than 1,000 styles of shoes available, it's a lot of fun to peruse GoJane. Some items are a bit cheap looking or too trendy, but it's a good place to buy trends that you don't want to splurge on, try out new styles, or find cute gifts.
For any vintage fashion lover that you know, Plastic Land is a great place to find items. From Oversize Candy Colored Cat Eye Sunglasses to Jumper Dresses to Spat Mary-Jane Heels, they carry a lot more vintage inspired items than many other online retailers. Another great thing about Plastic Land is that they listen to their shoppers and re-stock items that are in popular demand.
Personally, I don't know of anyone who doesn't love Urban Outfitters. Urban always has lots of unique items to offer. What's great about Urban's online store is that they carry a lot of the sale items long after they have left the stores.
Right now, a lot of you are probably wondering how Sephora fits into shopping on a budget. Well, there are several ways to get extra for your dollar there. First off, the sale section, which offers up to 75% off select items. They also offer 3 free samples with every order and have lots of various discount codes. I've ordered from Sephora several times and have never paid shipping costs thanks to discount codes. Join their Beauty Insiders program for additional perks. You get a deluxe sample for every $100 you spend, and get special promotional discount codes, such as $20 off an order or free items with purchase, e-mailed to you frequently.

Awesome! I love a good deal! Sephora is a great place to good beauty stuff. I've got tons of makeup. I also like Salon Hive. They have some good products--I put all my makeup finds in this case I bought from them: http://www.salonhive.com/pink-makeup-train-case-ts-16.html. It's a nice girly pink!
They've also got some great beauty/product related videos:
