Where Can I get great flats that aren't too expensive?

I'm a shoe girl. I always have been and always will be. I have 2 closets full of heels, but I recently started dating a guy who's the same height as me, so I've decided to venture into the world of flats. If anyone knows of a place that has cute, unique flats, PLEASE let me know. Also, I'm trying not to break the bank here...

Keds makes gorgeous flats now. They're not supercheap but the don't break the bank, either: http://www.keds.com/jump.jsp?itemID=211&itemType=CATEGORY

It's a shoe line called "Forever Young." They were designed by some LDS chicks in Utah, and the shoes are way cute and inexpensive. I own several pairs.

Payless...i know you may be thinking,"no way!", but honestly,since Payless added real brands like American Eagle their shoes have a better quality now and me, myself, i only wear flats and their fall collection is our of this world :) good luck
