I do think a shirt that provides a bit more contrast would look better, I imagine a dark/black shirt will make you look thinner/taller because there's nothing to break up the line.

I think red and black are really cute together, but make sure the red isn't too bright. Also, a white top is really cute with dark jeans.

it's good to balance wat u wear out. don't go all dark unless that's look your looking for but try not 2 look silly. dark bottoms pop with brite tops. Blacks looks grat with hot pink, green, dark blues and many types of purples. Metallics are also in but be careful cuz you don't want to look like a walking "reynolds wrap" go easy on the metallics and brite colors.

i think it would be really cute with a printed shirt and some cute heels but i agree with liang...it can go with anything

I would say maybe a silver, purple, white, or gold is what I'd wear. But honestly, I think this is one of those colors that can go with almost anything! There's very little that can go wrong.
