Sometimes for a dramatic look for a big night out, I would use my liquid black eyeliner (one with a sharp point), and dab vertical fine lines under my eye - that makes it appear as if you have dramatic eyelashes. Good luck!

Add a few individual lashes to the bottom outside lash line cutting them shorter as you go toward the nose. If you want something more permanent try eyelash extensions at your local spa/salon. You can always go for the twiggy look though and draw them on if you are feeling funky and bold!

try using a lengthening mascara on your bottom eyelashes (imju fiberwig from sephora) or indivisual false lashes which look more natural than long false eyelash strips!
