If your idea of a DREAM JOB involves makeup- creating it, blending it, testing it - then sister, have I got news for you.

Prescriptives is now letting you create a Custom Blend Lip Gloss.  Just choose your shade, finish and flavor, for an irresistible lip gloss designed for you, by you.  Yes, ladies...I said FLAVOR.

For a makeup fiend like me, this is the kind of news that makes my head explode.  It's been...uh, how long? ..since I've purchased anything from the Prescriptives brand, but the ability to flavor up my own gloss proves too hard to resist. 

Here's what I did:

First, you pick a shade.  And with handy color blobs next to the shade finder, you can easily navigate through all the hues and find your right pick.  I went with a Dark Berry.

Next, pick a finish.  Jelly?  Sparkle?  Full color?  Bingo.  I'm a full-color gal.

Lastly, pick a flavor.  It was a tough call for me to pick between bellini and chocolate, but in the end, it's all about the chocolate fix.

Done!  At $26 bucks, it's definitely steeper than your average gloss.  Then again, your average gloss isn't designed by you, is it?
