Urban Decay has debuted yet another Shadowbox – their famous rendition of eyeshadow color palettes with or without a trial size of Primer Potion – and this time, the artful casing is made from sustainable materials, and the palette comes complete with an eco-friendly brush!
Primer Potion included, Sustainable Shadowbox comes with five coordinating color duos – ten eyeshadows total – that can be mixed and matched. The coordinated duos are designed to take the guesswork out of choosing a shade combo for your next eye look. As with all Urban Decay Eyeshadows, the color feedback is amazing with vibrant hues that do not crease!
Shades include: YDK (bronzed mocha with golden microglitter), Midnight Cowboy Rides Again (golden beige with bronze, gold, & silver glitter), Flipside (electric teal with blue sheen), Flash (bright iridescent purple), Grifter (sheer lavender with lots of silver microglitter), Oil Slick (black with silver glitter), Uzi (metallic silver with big iridescent sparkles), Kiddie Pool (ocean blue with iridescent glitter), Twice Baked (brownie brown with gold glitter), Half Baked (subtle, lustrous bronze).
Sustainable goods are best summed up as those that meet today's needs while compromising as little environmental resources as possible (so as not to infringe upon the availability of said needs in the future). Eco-conscious individuals have begun to seek out any and all products that claim and prove to be sustainable – including sustainable fashion and sustainable beauty products. Eco-conscious meets eco-chic! Are you with it?
Urban Decay Sustainable Shadowbox is available at Sephora for $36.

I'm with it! I already use eco-friendly makeup brushes. I try to buy products in packaging made from recycled materials (and that is itself *recyclable*) when I can, but I wish ~more~ companies would start making more responsible products and especially packaging.
This is beautiful. I love the idea of the sustainable box and the make up is lovely. Thanks for featuring it.
oh this palette is beautiful in more ways than one! And I just love Urban Decay anyway!
I'm really glad you made this post. It's about time people started looking into sustainable products that won't deplete our natural resources, in addition to Urban Decay's vegan policy by not testing on animals or using animal products. Technology, when put to do good, is our friend :)
