Start with a freshly cleansed and moisturized face. For extra glow, apply a brightening foundation primer. Apply foundation or tinted moisturizer to your skin, and concealer as needed. If you opted to not use a brightening foundation primer, you can mix a tiny bit of shimmery loose powder or champagne colored loose eye shadow to your foundation to add some glow.
