msm helps to I heard, try a hair vitamin or hair, nail, and skin vitamin with biotin and a little msm...don't worry if you chose the right vitamin it will have the same supplements as taking a multivitamin like one a day, so your hair and body benenfits! Also if you find a vitamin supplement thats for hair only don't worry because your skin and hair will automatically benefit from it! Good luck this works, my hair is healthier and stronger already, i barely experience breakage, in addition to your vitamins, be sure to drink plenty of water, and be gentle with your overall hair processes and wash often, if your african american, at least once or twice per week is recommended!! good luck!
lycine works too
take Biotin it should help
