Vitamins That Make Your Hair Grow

You may have heard that there is nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster. While this is somewhat true, there are key foods you can eat that contain vitamins necessary to speed up hair growth by helping to strengthen and retain your strands. Incorporating a vitamin regimen into your daily beauty routine will help you grow healthier, stronger hair.

A multivitamin supplement is the base of any beauty and health routine, but you should also try to also eat foods that contain more of the following “healthy hair” vitamins:

Vitamins to Make Your Hair Grow

Vitamin A – Foods rich in Vitamin A such as carrots, spinach, and cantaloupe help the scalp produce natural oils to moisturize your hair and scalp. This helps to prevent hair from breaking.

Vitamin B – Fortified cereals, eggs, beans, and other Vitamin B-rich foods gently speed up cell metabolism in your body, assisting the growth of nails and hair follicles.

Vitamin C – Antioxidant fruits such as oranges, kiwi, and strawberries that are rich in Vitamin C work to maintain the overall health of hair.

Vitamin E –Vitamin E, found in foods such as seeds, mixed nuts, fish, and avocado helps to improve blood circulation at the scalp, stimulating hair growth.

msm helps to I heard, try a hair vitamin or hair, nail, and skin vitamin with biotin and a little msm...don't worry if you chose the right vitamin it will have the same supplements as taking a multivitamin like one a day, so your hair and body benenfits! Also if you find a vitamin supplement thats for hair only don't worry because your skin and hair will automatically benefit from it! Good luck this works, my hair is healthier and stronger already, i barely experience breakage, in addition to your vitamins, be sure to drink plenty of water, and be gentle with your overall hair processes and wash often, if your african american, at least once or twice per week is recommended!! good luck!
