I've had curly hair since ninth grade and since then I have always tried to find products that work with curls. Sure, there are hundreds of products out there. They all claim to cut down on frizz, let your curls bounce smoothly, and usually it is a lie.

In college I spent hundreds of dollars trying products out. Each time I'd buy something new I would hope this time I held the answer in my hand. And each time I was disappointed.

By total chance I stumbled across two must-haves for curly hair.

The first sets the curls, cuts the frizz and is CHEAP!!!  The second brings the curls back my hair after sleeping on it, which cuts down on damage to the hair that comes with daily washings.

To refresh the curls, Garnier Fructis Style curl shaping gel is essential!!!

After sleeping on your curls, turn your hair upside down by spritzing this gel into your hair and scrunching slightly. It does leave your hair feeling a little sticky - but it doesn't look sticky.
