We all know there is a plethora of blogs out there that are fashion- and beauty-related. And they are all pretty much the same. Still, a couple do stand out. I just found a new one that needs to get bookmarked.

Ever thought about getting extensions? It's the rage with celebrities who seem to have a different hair length nearly every time they are photographed. Jessica Simpson, Paris Hilton, and Katie Holmes have all been photographed with extensions. But I never in my life even considered that as an option. But, in one of my previous hair-obsessed posts karijensen suggested I consider it when my hair gets a little longer.

I confess, until a month ago I refused to pay good money for an eye primer. Yes, I was one of those girls who believed that you could just dab a little concealer or foundation on your eyelid and it would work as well as any eye primer. Sure, I still got the eyeshadow creases after a looong day, but they weren't as prevalent as when I didn't use the concealer. Big mistake!!!

Ok, I'm going to be honest, a lot of the time these organic soaps, lotions, body buffs, etc., smell like cleaning products. I'm sure it is not intentional, but it's the truth. So when I got several NettieScrub products in the mail to try out I was a little apprehensive. I slowly opened the packaging, waiting to be assailed by extreme scents. But I was happily surprised.

If you listen to any of the pop or country music stations in your area you've heard the new Taylor Swift song, "Love Story."  Everybody sing, "Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone...." Ok, enough. Taylor Swift, 19 years old, is a singer, songwriter and all-around beautiful girl. Her current album, Fearless, is topping charts across the country, in part because of the truth behind her songs. You'd have to be blind to miss the graphic tee trend that has exploded at retailers across the country. They are cute, right?! And while you're probably itching to buy a couple there is no escaping the still-cold weather covering most of the US and the pasty winter-white skin we're all sporting.
